Requirements:
- O-Levels
- Able to multi-task
- Positive working attitude
- Bilingual, fluent in English
- PC Literate (at least MS Word and MS Excel and internet)
- Customer & Service Oriented
- Prior experience in handling reception work preferred
Job Scope:
- Answer phonecalls
- Handle the front counter (walk-ins, students’ and parents’ requests)
- Assist in admin duties
- Collation/Collection of documents from staff/students
- Data-entry
- Call parents of absent students
- Any other duties required by Principal / Vice-Principal
Other Information:
- 5 day work week (42 hrs per wk)
- Working Hrs: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Working location:
Farrer Road ( West area)
Basic salary: $1100/mth
