Duties / Responsibilities include the following:
1. Assist in the implementation, management, profitability and the sales performance of the branch base on preset budget and policies of the Group.
2. Propose operation and sales budgets for approval and implementation.
3. Overseeing sales and agency development projects and action plans to ensure achievement of business goals and objective.
4. Establish and build strong working relationship with agents.
5. Identify, develop and implement new distribution channels, including recruitment and quality selection of agent.
6. Develop, train and motivate sales agents.
7. Formulate sales and agency development and other related operating policies and guidelines.
8. Ensure delivery of service to meet customer expectation and satisfaction in the performance of funeral rite and procession.
9. Any other tasks assigned by your superiors from time to time.
The Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Enthusiastic to communicate with people from all level
- Out-going interpersonal
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Singaporean / SPR.
