<P>- washing machine</P>
<P>- wardrobes</P>
<P>- ok for 2 dogs </P>
<P>- definitely need balcony (the bigger the better)</P>
<P>- location: anywhere within 30mins travel (MAX) to Dhoby Ghaut</P>
<P>- decent kitchen and bathroom: not interested in musty-smelly-old kitchens and bathrooms please</P>
<P>- hard floors only (allergy to carpet)</P>
