The main Duties / Responsibilities include the following:
1. Handles the day-to-day, weekly, monthly and annual accounts operation and related matters of Singapore group of companies.
2. Ensure timely and accurate reporting for monthly reporting to HQ
3. Compile & file quarterly GST return
4. Handles the weekly verification of agents’ as-need commission, incentives and other marketing strategies related payments such as TPOM’s subsidy, subsidy of rental etc, and ensuring timely payouts.
5. Handles the weekly verification of suppliers’ payments, ensuring timely payouts.
6. Handles the monthly verification of agents’ pre-need commission
7. Update/prepare the product standard costing & ensure update to General Ledger after the approval obtained
8. Update/prepare the yearly budgets, revision of budgets ensuring timely and accurate reporting
9. To assist in tightening the present internal control systems and recommend and proposed changes for work improvements and standardization and re-engineering of work methodology with the aim to cut down unnecessary work for the department.
10. Involved in the handling of audit & tax matters of Singapore group of companies
11. To perform any other assigned task given by your superior from time to time.
The Requirements:-
Min LCCI Diploma holder
At least 2 years relevant experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Must be able to start work immediately.
Working location: Toa Payoh
