Handle full function of Accounts Payable
Handle full function in fixed assets management
Handle full function in inventory management
Expenses Schedules Preparation/Accrual
In charge of overhead expenses and petty cash
Perform Bank Reconciliation
Handle daily and weekly cash flow reports and updates
Ad hoc accounting and administration duties
Requirements
LCCI or Diploma holder
Min 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Navision and Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
Good attitude and willing to learn
A good team player with good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Candidate must be able to communicate well in English
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Working location: Pioneer Road
