The Challenges
The successful candidate will be part of the Treasury section of the Finance Shared Service team. You will be responsible for managing of cash and funds treasury for Healthcare Group’s institutions, accounting for the transactions relating to treasury matters and reporting functions, including but not limited to the following duties:
· Monitoring of bank balances to ensure there is no bank overdraft;
· Transfer of funds in order to handle urgent payments by Accounts Payable Departments;
· Placement of excess funds not required for operations in fixed deposits and maximizing return from investments;
· Handle all bank related issues on behalf of the Healthcare Group institutions;
· Input of treasury transactions into the financial reporting system;
· Prepare cash flow requirements based on payment requirements and in-coming receipts;
· Budgeting and forecasting of interest income;
· Ad-hoc financial analysis on investment products.
The Requirements
You must have a Degree in Accounting from a recognized university with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. The candidate must be a team player.
You must be proficient in MS Office programmes. Hands-on experience with SAP System will be an added advantage.
Hourly rate: $15-$16/hour
Working location: Commonwealth
